Chairman
Peter Gibson has substantial experience in the medical device sector, with particular focus on orthopaedics, and has a particular interest in medical technology start-ups. From 1980-1985 he was Managing Director of Zimmer UK Ltd and International VP of Zimmer Inc, a subsidiary of Bristol Myers. In 1985 he founded Corin Medical Ltd, a specialist orthopaedics company. Peter led the flotation of Corin Group PLC on the London Stock Exchange in 2002 and retired from Corin in late 2003. Since Corin, Peter is involved with a number of companies in the medical device sector, both as Chairman and Non-Executive Director. He is a Companion Fellow of the British Orthopaedic Association.

Chief Executive Officer
One of the founding directors of Aim listed university commercialization business, Fusion IP, Stuart has considerable experience of successfully building start-up businesses and taking through to private sale or flotation. He is responsible for building the commercial team that will bring Demasq’s first product, KIS, to market and all aspects of sales and marketing of the product, including the online launch in the first half of 2009 to the private sector and the licensing of the product to major X-ray service providers.

Founder and Chief Scientific Officer
Hechmi has worked at Sports Medicine laboratories in the Universities of Clermond Ferrand,  Wisconsin and Rouen. He is the inventor of the international patent filing on the use of algorithmic analyses to identify and quantify ‘invisible’ detail in soft tissues in standard radiographs. He is also a member of the editorial boards of Medicine and Science in Sport and Exercise and The Journal of Bio Mechanics and has given invited talks on sports medicine in international conferences in France, Italy, UK, USA and Canada. Hechmi has received several prizes for his presentations at international conferences on sports medicine, is and  is currently the youngest Professor in the field of Bio Mechanics in France. 

Non Executive Director
David Baynes is Chief Executive Officer of Fusion IP plc. David has previously worked at Celsis International plc ("Celsis") from its incorporation to its flotation on the full list of the London Stock Exchange in July 1993;  Toad plc (now TG21 plc), which he co-founded, and was responsible for taking the company from start-up to a full listing on the London Stock Exchange; Whereonearth Limited; and Codemasters Limited.

Commercial Manager
Dominic has been responsible for implementing the Demasq quality management system and working with our team of consultants to meet all the necessary European and US regulatory requirements. Prior to joining Fusion IP, Dominic was Director of Business Development for the AIM-listed company Phoqus Pharmaceuticals and has a background in management consulting, having previously worked for Gemini Consulting (now CapGemini) and Pharmaventures.
